Best car experience! Young man (Samuel, I believe) did the best emissions testing experience I have ever had. Soooo kind, thorough, quickly done. Hats off to this young man!!! Highly recommend! Gave me ice cold bottled water too!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and honestly feel as though I was being given inaccurate information in an attempt to upsell me. It was approximately 104°F outside, and I was asked to turn my vehicle off while waiting. Although I was offered water, the overall experience was still very frustrating. Two employees told me that my coolant appeared to be watered down and that it looked like there was mainly water in the system. I explained that my vehicle had just been serviced by the dealership in July, where they repaired my air-conditioning system and installed a new thermostat. As part of that repair, my coolant/antifreeze was checked and filled. Because of this, I immediately questioned what I was being told. I became concerned that I was being encouraged to purchase additional services that may not have been necessary, so I contacted the dealership where my vehicle was serviced to verify the information. Customers should not be provided with misleading information or made to feel as though they do not understand the maintenance history of their own vehicle. I had a great experience at Take 5! Gavin was the one who helped me with my oil change and windshield wiper replacement, and he provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured into buying anything extra. The service was quick, efficient, and the whole process was hassle-free. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer care, and Gavin made the experience a positive one. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Gavin!

The new manager took care of me and this was the best experience I’ve EVER had getting an inspection & oil change! This guy discovered that there were NO cabin filters in place, which means that the entire time I’ve owned my Jeep, NOBODY ever checked. He was efficient and honest in his suggestions for what I needed as far as oil & filters. He also seemed genuinely concerted about my safety. If I could get consistent service on this level, I would never go anywhere else! He was amazing!

Wonderful experience and great people. Honest and kind. Xander was trustworthy and straight forward with me about my car. I appreciated this in dealing with my cars. I would recommend this location. I got my wife’s car oil change and replaced her wiper blades. They even price matched on their pricing for the wiper blades. Good experience.
